Customer Accounts

Customers must create a FriendlyVPN account before purchasing. A valid, verified email address is required before checkout. A Discord username is optional.

Payments & Delivery

FriendlyVPN services are prepaid. Payment methods presented at checkout are processed by the payment providers configured on the website.

VPN access is manually fulfilled. Normal delivery is approximately 12–72 hours after successful payment. Manual fulfillment allows us to prepare the customer’s service and recommended location before delivery.

Acceptable Use

FriendlyVPN may not be used for unauthorized attacks, DDoS activity, malware distribution, fraud, spam, unauthorized access, deliberate abuse of third-party networks, or other unlawful activity.

Service may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect FriendlyVPN infrastructure, other customers, upstream providers, or third parties from abuse.

Website & Order Metadata

For account administration, order fulfillment, abuse prevention, fraud investigation, security, and operational recordkeeping, FriendlyVPN may store information associated with website accounts and purchases, including:

• Customer email address
• Discord username
• Registration time
• Registration IP address
• Purchase IP address
• Approximate IP-derived country
• Approximate state or region when available
• Approximate city when available
• Order, product, payment-status, and fulfillment records

IP geolocation is approximate. It can identify a VPN, proxy, carrier, ISP gateway, or other network exit point rather than a person’s physical location.

VPN Traffic Privacy

The website purchase system does not intentionally record the content of customer browsing, gameplay, or DNS requests. Operational VPN systems may still require limited technical data necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and administer the service.

Locations & Streaming Services

Current FriendlyVPN locations include Oregon, Virginia, London, and Australia. Location availability can change due to maintenance, capacity, routing, provider changes, or operational requirements.

For gaming, FriendlyVPN normally recommends a primary location based on practical latency and routing. An additional location may be provided on request when available.

Streaming services and other region-dependent platforms control their own catalogs, access rules, and VPN-detection policies. A particular Netflix catalog, streaming service, website, or regional feature is not guaranteed to work through any FriendlyVPN location.

Data Sharing

FriendlyVPN does not sell customer personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, security incidents, payment disputes, or threats to FriendlyVPN infrastructure.

Availability & Network Conditions

Network routing, latency, games, peer-to-peer connectivity, upstream filtering, payment providers, streaming services, and internet infrastructure can change independently of FriendlyVPN. Uninterrupted service, a specific latency level, or access to a particular third-party service cannot be guaranteed.
